Let’s be honest: making our favourite toy is complex and requires skills in design, physics, wave knowledge, and a strong artistic instinct. Passionate — even obsessed — creative, sometimes almost visionary, these craftsmen of happiness spend their lives surrounded by resin and dust.

With a planer in hand, their only goal is to bring joy and fun to surfers everywhere. At After Essentials, we love surfing, we love beautiful boards, and shapers are our gurus — so we had to dedicate a collection to them.
